Cancellation

We have committed to maintaining the same £50 membership cost for our 2021 season and if you are happy to transfer this year’s membership to next season please let us know.  For members who would prefer a refund and for all individual ticket holders we are offering the following options:

•For members and ticket holders who purchased via our online booking we will refund you using Paypal at no expense to you.

•For members and ticket holders who purchased via post or at Painswick Pharmacy we can refund using BACS or via cheque. Please could you let us know your preferred option and for BACS we need your name, sort code and account number.

•If anyone who has made a donation would like to receive a refund the same process will apply as for postal and Pharmacy applications.
